Indie Giver Guide: Little Odd Forest

Attention to detail and a fashion-savvy eye make this Singpore-based line a great import for all your holiday shopping

Cute is an understatement when describing the dainty little things that Lynda Lye makes for her website, Little Odd Forest.  A graduate of the School of the Art Institute in Chicago, Lynda combines her excellent eye for great design with fine craftsmanship and a knack for the adorable. Her resulting product line is so sweet it almost gives you a tooth ache.

Little Odd Forest might still be a young buck (the product line recently celebrated its first birthday), but Lynda's work has already been featured in Harper's Bazaar Singapore.  It's easy to see why; the attention to detail and professionalism is evident in every single goodie sold.  The shirts not only feature quality silk-screening, but also have custom stitched garment tags.  Each product comes to you beautifully packaged with wonderfully designed, heavy-stock hangtags.

As if that wasn't enough, the product line is moderately priced.  Tops run between $10 and $16 dollars, and you can walk away with a great tote for less than $25.  Little stocking stuffers abound; I'm partial to the Felt Brooches ($9), the cushion covers ($8), and the Forest Treeling Huggables ($20).

The majority of the product line is either one-of-a-kind or few-of-a-kind, so you are sure to own a little piece of individuality.

Get your holiday orders in early, as Little Odd Forest is based out of Singapore.  Products can also be purchased at multiple other locations, both online and at retail stores, so consider searching around.
