No one knows interior design on the cheap better than Chicago blogger Katherine Raz. I came across her blog a while ago during a momentary obsession with charting thrift store crawls, and it didn't dawn on me until several months later that she wrote one of my favorite zines of all time, Retail Whore.

Well, Retail Whore, no more — she's blogging about dumpster diving furniture and finding deals on Craigslist at BackGarage.com. Leave it to her to find you a perfect Eames style chair or vintage desk; she sends out a weekly newsletter of her Craigslist finds (no finders fee!) and tips on local estate sales.
