Sure, reality television is a waste of time, but for some reason, its my favorite way to waste time. Thanks to fellow VZ contributor, Christine Bejasa, I now have a blogging idol who watches more reality TV than me — and has the wits to make intelligent observations about it.

F ourFour is the creative brainchild of Rich Juzwiak, who can also be seen on Jezebel's Pot Psychology. Whether breaking down Jersey Shore or calling out the ridiculousness that is Tyra Banks on America's Next Top Model, he calls it like he sees it.

Also known for his viral "I'm Not Here To Make Friends" video, which showcases the most overused phrase in reality TV history, Juzwiak captures pop culture with relevancy and a sharp tongue.
