Look out for this new label from former Bratmobiler Molly Neuman

Lookout Records co-owner Molly Neuman’s new label, Simple Social Graces Discos (SSGD), features artists from the “global underground.” The mostly Spanish bands include Grabba Grabba Tape and Campamento Ñec Ñec, though it doesn’t really matter where they’re located. “I wanted to do [SSGD] separate from Lookout because it is really low key and about a new part of my life,” she says. The inaugural release, Barcelona-based Les Aus’ Haranna Hanne, drops June 6, with records by Ted Leo and L.A.’s Fast Forward forthcoming.
