I feel like I need to escape from my 15-year go-nowhere marriage. I’ve been living on the Oregon coast for the last five years, so I’m yearning for a warm spot in the sun to spend some “quality” time by myself and figure out what I want in future. Where would you suggest? — anonymous Venus reader
The warmest spot I know of is the “special spot,” and I think you know what I mean! Maybe instead of looking to escape and run away from your problems you could entertain the idea of falling in love with yourself? Start slow, go on a few dates before kissing, and wait at least one month before you go all the way. Snuggle up to yourself in bed and get naked dancing to such popular favorites as “Come On, Get It, Get It, Fiddle-Cakes, I Wanna See You SHIMMY!” If you really crave a hot-spot get-away, then I can’t think of a better place to go right now than Dayton, Ohio.
