Official Bio
Justina Blakeney started as a crafter at age 7, making heavy-duty scrunchies for her afro. After six years in Italy, she moved to Brooklyn in 2006 to make clothes, write, paint, and fashion all sorts of things out of garbage. Blakeney is the co-author of 99 Ways to Cut, Sew, Trim and Tie Your T-shirt Into Something Special.
